From Project Engineering to Holistic Practice
Yoga instructor, massage therapist, and somatic coach with over 17 years of experience, blending an international professional background with a grounded and holistic approach to wellbeing.
My journey into yoga began in 2009 while working in development cooperation abroad. What started as a personal practice gradually evolved into a complete professional shift, leading me away from the corporate world and into years of study, teaching, and therapeutic work across Europe and Asia.
Over the past decade, I have combined yoga, massage therapy, somatic coaching, and holistic practices into an approach that supports both physical wellbeing and deeper nervous system regulation. My work is influenced by the Sivananda tradition of Hatha Yoga, alignment-based practices, bodywork therapies, and six years of training in the Grinberg Method®.
For more than 13 seasons, I have worked freelance across Costa Smeralda and within international yacht environments, where discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
Before dedicating myself fully to wellness, I lived and worked in eight countries, collaborating with the European Commission, development cooperation projects, and an American multinational company.
That international experience continues to shape the way I work today — combining professionalism, cultural adaptability, and a highly tailored approach to each client.
Over the years, what began as a personal yoga and wellness practice naturally expanded into a wider network of trusted professionals and onboard collaborations, eventually evolving into One Yacht Wellness.
